When you first become a member of Just, you’ll get a welcome pack with all the need-to-know details about how we’re here for you. It includes full details of your policy with Just and how to get in contact if you need help. 

Ongoing member guidance and support, led by our Member and Operational Services team, is available via our dedicated, UK based, customer services team.
