Director of Strategic Accounts


An exciting role requiring you to drive all aspects of the development of and benefit realisation from Partnerships in defined segments (at or in retirement).

You will build and maintain strategic partnership relationships which support the achievement of HUB Group’s business objectives in line with the company’s business plan and distribution strategy -  through strategic oversight of the integration of marketing, sales, customer service and supply-chain functions in order to achieve greater efficiencies and effectiveness in delivering customer value.

You will

  • Establish and agree the current relationship strength with the SLT and partner and agree the desired positioning and benefits case.
  • Agree the strategy to achieve a close partnership with the partner.
  • Oversee the execution of the social structure to the relationships.
  • Represent HUB with partner stakeholders at all levels
  • Oversee the management of the Partner Governance Process representing HUB in all face to face contact with the partner
  • Manage contract process with partner and relevant stakeholders
  • Responsible for the value chain and benefits realisation
  • Co-create growth opportunities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Effectively oversee/manage issue resolution internally and externally with partner

  • Demonstrable experience and understanding of compliance and regulatory framework impacting distributors and product providers.
  • Experience in leveraging relationships that can be extended to senior levels of an organisation and must be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Delivering and driving initiatives internally as the business lead or subject matter expert.
  • Demonstrable experience in ongoing account management positions in this field; the role holder will have demonstrable experience of developing and driving sales delivery.
