Sales and Business Development
We are currently seeking a number of Qualified Financial Advisors to come onboard and join us in HUB Financial Solutions to support an exciting new proposition we have secured with a Major Partner.
This will be a Home/Field Based Role and as we cover the whole of the UK we are open to Base Location.
As a Retirement Advisor you will advise our customers on later life lending, and will ensure that appropriate customer outcomes are achieved through both qualified appointments (provided by the company) and self-generated appointments (developed through networking/relationship building).
You will provide advice both face to face and via telephone/video call, depending on our customer’s preference.
You will utilise Panel or Whole of Market Products and services as defined by the Business, for each need area.
Comply with and adhere to the FCA Conduct Rules and Statement of Principles.
Deliver annual objectives as defined and agreed with the Regional Manager.
Secure business in accordance with the Customer Journey, best practice standards, and HUB Financial Solutions TCF culture, to ensure that T&C and compliance requirements are met and maintained.
Achieve required KPIs.
Proactively maintain professional development, technical knowledge and presentation skills to ensure that advice provided is compliant, informative, factual and relevant.
Undertake all aspects of administration associated with the role; including reporting and record keeping in a timely manner and to company quality standards.
In possession of a Certificate in Equity Release (CII CF1, CF6 and ER1 or their equivalents).
QCF Level 4 qualified (CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or its equivalent ) or willing to obtain this and CF8 within 2 years of joining.
Preferably at Competent Adviser Status
Experienced in advising on Equity Release
Experienced in advising on residential mortgages and associated Protection products (desirable)
Able to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving results.
Flexible, with an adaptable attitude and are open to new ways of working.
Able to demonstrate excellent problem analysis and resolution skills.
Excellent at both verbal and written communication, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Aware of the products and services provided by the Group.
Able to build strong relationships with both Customers & Colleagues and have an empathetic nature.
PC literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Office Applications.
Relevantly experienced within the Financial Services Industry.
