Purpose

You will play the leading role in creating a new business unit that will help JUST to diversify its product offering. You will achieve this by leveraging the many strengths of the current Group with those being most relevant existing in our customer insight and our customer handling business.

Job Role Accountabilities 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive consumer focused technology roadmap that supports the Consumers digital transformation goals and aligns to Just more broadly
  • Build a new, high performing, team by leveraging your existing network.
  • Lead the planning and execution of digital transformation projects, including the adoption of new technologies and platforms.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align and commit technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Implement customer-centric technology solutions to enhance the user experience and engagement.
  • Utilise data analytics to gain insights into strategic decisions that drive focus on customer experience.
  • Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and vendor management to optimize Consumer technology operations


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications or relevant industry qualifications are a plus.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Knowledge of digital systems, software development, data management, cybersecurity, cloud computing and emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies, security frameworks, and IT governance best practices.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role
  • A consumer-focused mindset with the ability to drive digital innovation and enhance customer experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities to overcome challenges and make informed decisions.
  • Track record of greenfield deployments
