Retirement Income Advice is a ground breaking and innovative financial planning and advice service that can paint a picture of what an individual’s life after work could look like. It provides them with a retirement plan and provide expert financial advice on how to make their plan a reality. No competitors in the market offer this and this service is growing significantly.
Our Retirement Income Advice, Retirement Specialists play a pro-active part in how we engage with our customers and how they complete their retirement journey through our Retirement Income Advice service. This engagement with our customers is done via phone, mail or web-chat. A full induction and training programme is offered, enabling you to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Key Responsibilities:
To provide a prompt, friendly and efficient service for customers via an multi-channel environment.
Process tasks relating to customer enquiries within the set service standards in an effective/professional manner which will promote customer satisfaction and delivery of the proposition.
Maintain focus when faced with high volumes ensuring accuracy is not compromised
Clear focus on customer outcome, quality, service and results
Accurately update Customer administration systems (CRM and Investment Platforms).
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with sales teams and administrative staff within the wider business.
Create, record and updating promptly all customer data ensuring it remains accurate and compliant.
Proactively ensure that skills and knowledge levels are maintained to ensure ongoing competence to handle general customer enquiries regarding retirement options.
Process sensitive Partner/Provider data within agreed boundaries.
Skills and Experience
Experience in working with customers directly in the Financial Services sector
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate information across different media.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to process all information quickly and accurately.
Time management, planning and prioritisation.
Work under pressure to achieve objectives within timescales, without compromising accuracy and quality
Good computer literacy skills – being able to use Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM systems
GCSE (or equivalent) educated as a minimum with Grades C or above in both English and Maths
