Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation as part of a newly forming and growing customer team, this role will be dedicated to driving consumer customer acquisition at scale.
You will play a leading role in the development and delivery of multi-channel media campaigns to reach & engage target audiences, including but not limited to Paid Search, Programmatic, Social media, Affiliates, Content Partnerships and SEO.
About the role:
Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns to reach & engage target audiences and drive customer acquisition at scale, including but not limited to Paid Search, Programmatic, Social media, Affiliates, Content Partnerships and SEO.
Day-to-day relationship management of relevant agency partners (media & communications)
Work with the Marketing Effectiveness Lead Analyst to ensure campaigns are set-up for tracking and ongoing performance monitoring
Lead performance monitoring against target KPIs (inc. Investment, CPM, CTRs, CPA, ROAS), to identify and manage delivery of campaign optimisations to drive investment, cost per acquisition and lifetime value improvements
Work closely with relevant stakeholders (Customer Insight & Product) to refine customer segmentation/audience profiles, mine analysis and trends of customer behaviour to test and optimise Demand Generation campaigns
Support annual and quarterly planning cycles, refining channel planning and commercial targets
Support analysing market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing channel campaigns
Day-to-day task management for the Demand Generation Performance Marketing Executive
Qualifications / Certifications (desirable not essential)
Degree in an appropriate qualification, such as Marketing or Business
Skills and Experience
5+ years experience in Performance Marketing inc. managing Paid Search, Social, Programmatic & Affiliate & SEO campaigns
Experience in data analytics
Experience in a Customer and/ or Marketing team
Marketing campaign planning and execution
Performance Marketing campaign management
External agency management
Dynamic, collaborative and adaptable with a customer-centric mindset
Proven experience with relevant computer packages (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
