At Just you can have your cake and eat it!

From the start of your journey at Just, we want you to understand what the company expects from you – from being completely engaged around ‘what’ we do and achieving our objectives, through to ‘how’ we do things the Just way.

In the same way, it’s really important that you can clearly see what we offer in return – from working at a company where you can revolutionise retirement whilst realising your potential, through to being well rewarded for brilliant performance with tailored benefits and support.

Working at Just is more than doing a job and earning a salary, it’s about being able to make a difference and that feeling of belonging.

Ways of working

  • Benefit from our hybrid working approach which for the majority of
colleagues is based on working in the office with purpose for 50% (or
more) of your time. Our ways of working support our ambitious growth
plans and help you to feel engaged, perform to the best of your abilities, collaborate/innovate with others, support teams to work in flow, and maintain our Just culture. Office working also plays a really important part for those that are earlier in their careers, less experienced in a role and need support with their performance.
  • When working in the office, work within functional ‘neighborhoods’ so
that you can sit next to team members to connect and work together,
    bookable through our Flowscape app.
  • Each office has different facilities, shared on HQ, designed to support
collaborative working, including welcoming spaces, meeting rooms,
breakout areas, bookable desks and complimentary refreshments.
  • Additional facilities available in some of our offices that you can use
(some which there is a charge for) including gym classes, cycle store and changing rooms, shower facilities, dry cleaning/alteration services and restaurant/food kiosks.
  • Support for any specific needs you may have in the workplace so that you can perform at your best – including non-standard chairs, larger monitors with eye-care technology and hearing aid compatible headsets.
  • You can dress for your day, which means having some flexibility. This
might be different if you are meeting a customer for a formal meeting. This might be having an all-day relaxed collaboration session in the office, or working from home carrying out tasks on your own. We just ask you to use your own good judgment and dress appropriately.
