Race Equality network

We know that having a diverse, talented workforce with people from different backgrounds with different experiences will help us to succeed, innovate and better serve our customers now and into the future. Our Race Equality network supports all members of our community, to have open, respectful conversations highlighting the importance of how far we have travelled and how far we have still to go to reach true equality. The network allows us to learn about different cultures and open our minds to people from a different background to our own.

We signed up to the Race at Work Charter in October 2020 and we have set ourselves the target of reaching 16% Black, Asian and minority ethnic representation at senior leadership levels by the end of 2026.
