Our Roles


Our developers are responsible for the creation, maintenance and improvement of our solutions. They work in an Agile environment, delivering projects in defined Sprint cycles.

Infrastructure Engineer

Our Infrastructure Engineers are very hands-on. They assist team members in developing environments and (cloud) related services for our customers. They also support new and existing solutions.

Lean Analyst

Lean Analysts collaborate with the business teams to identify opportunities to refine business processes and support the delivery of the relevant changes.

Product Manager

Product Managers are the “voice of the customer” and are responsible for identifying where the focus will be over the coming projects. They support colleagues across the business to help them understand the vision and evolution of the value stream.

IT Service Desk Analyst

IT Service Desk Analysts are responsible for all customer incidents and requests that require input from the Service Desk.

Scrum Master

Scrum Masters help our teams through their agile journey. They create an environment for teams to efficiently work in whilst also bringing them closer to stakeholders, and creating transparency on their progress.

Development Team Manager
“I help organise training for people in the team, because we want to invest in our people and foster a community culture amongst the developers. We also have community practice sessions, lean coffees to discuss any pressing topics, and lunch and learn sessions.”

Difference Makers

Just Getting Active

Since kicking off our brand and social purpose programme Just Get Active in July, our pilot campaign to help build social connections and improve the physical and mental wellbeing of Warwickshire and Coventry's over 50s, has been gathering pace.


Learning & Development

On top of formal training to develop technical skills, we have a number of coaches throughout the teams building our learning culture. There’s also informal, open sessions like lean coffees and learning lunches where people get involved in discussions covering a range of topics.
